TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION ALL IN VALENCIA

By registering with All in Valencia, the user accepts that the portal is currently in a phase of transition, updating and progressive development of its services and features.

The registration enabled at this stage is provisional in nature and its main purpose is to allow All in Valencia to create an initial base of interested users, provide information about portal progress, communicate future news, service launches, technical improvements and possible opportunities related to the use of the platform.

The user declares that the data provided during registration is true, accurate and corresponds to their person or entity, undertaking not to use false identities or third-party email addresses that are not authorized.

All in Valencia may use the email address provided to send confirmation messages, informational communications, technical notices, information about the evolution of the portal and, where appropriate, future commercial or functional updates related to the activity of the site.

During this provisional phase, registration does not guarantee immediate access to all private areas, services, publications, benefits, tools or future functionalities of the portal. Some sections may remain limited, under testing, temporarily disabled or reserved until the definitive launch of All in Valencia.

The user accepts that All in Valencia may modify, expand, temporarily suspend or reorganize content, functionalities, access conditions, portal structure or service models without prior notice when this is necessary for technical, organizational, legal, operational or project improvement reasons.

All in Valencia undertakes to process registered data with due confidentiality and in accordance with applicable regulations, using it only for registration management, communication with the user and the progressive development of the portal’s activity, without prejudice to the future publication of a broader and more detailed privacy policy.

The user may request at any time the modification, updating or cancellation of their registration data using the contact channels made available by All in Valencia.

It is forbidden to use portal registration for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive or bad-faith purposes, as well as to attempt to alter the technical operation of the site, access restricted areas without authorization or damage the image, security or development of All in Valencia.

All in Valencia may suspend, limit or cancel registrations that are suspicious, incomplete, false, duplicated, abusive or incompatible with the proper functioning and purpose of the portal.

Registering implies acceptance of these provisional conditions of use, which may be updated, expanded or replaced by a final version when the portal becomes fully operational.
